competition start times may vary depending on the number of entries and any unforeseen delays.

| Figure Events: | Novice, Intermediate and Age Group
Due to meet time constraints, only two(2) figures shall be performed. The two(2) figures shall be drawn at the meeting from the following:
- Novice: Single Ballet Leg(R or L), Back Tuck Somersault, Front Pike Somersault and Blossum
- Intermediate: Single Ballet Leg(R/L Draw), Front Walkover, Kip, Somersub
- 13 & under AG: Flamingo, Bent Knee, Ariana, Kip 1/2 Twist, Heron and Tower Spin 360
- 14 & over AG: Kip Twist Spin, Back Walkover Closing 360, Heron Twirl and Ibis Spin 360

| Trio Routine Event: | Trio only in the following Divisions:
- Novice: 9 & under, 10-11, 12-13, 14 & over
- Intermediate: 11 & under, 12-13, 14-15, 16-17, 18 & over
- Age Group: 11 & under, 12-13, 14-15, 16-17, 18-19

| Sanctioned: | Held under the sanction of United States Synchronized Swimming, Inc. LSSC, 2612 Eunice Avenue, Red Wing, MN 55066 |
| Rules To Govern: | Official USSSI Handbook shall govern the meet |
| Eligibility: | No entries shall be accepted unless the athlete is a member as provided in USSSI Official Rules Article I |
| Entry Deadline: | All entries must be received by the Meet Manager no later than Friday, January 14 |
| Entry Fees: | Event fees are $6.00 per competitor per routine event and Sponsor fees are $6.00 per competitor -- Make checks payable to West Metro Synchronettes |
| Awards: | Ribbons will be awarded to all participants in each event |
| Gelling: | No gelling will be allowed at the pool or in the building -- come already gelled |
| Pool Specs: | Length: 25 meters, Width: 5 lanes, Depth: 9 1/2 feet to 3 1/2 feet
Deck to water distance approximately 1 foot
Spectator seating is on the right side when you face the shallow end |
| Concessions & Merchandise: | A concessions stand will be available near the pool -- merchandise will be available |
| Sound System: | A cassette player will be available with one underwater and one air speaker -- please make sure tapes are correctly marked and rewound |
| Officials: | Official attire is white tops and navy bottoms -- please complete and return Official Availability Form by January 16 |
| Deck Personnel: | All deck personnel (including coaches, timers scorers, runners and other meet volunteers) must be members of USSSI or sign an insurance waiver form ( Please include with your meet entry signed waivers an/or USSSI registration numbers for anticipated deck personnel) |
