Some helpful tips when preparing for a meet....


Checklist of items to bring to a Meet:
  1. Routine Suits
  2. Headpieces
  3. Bobby pins
  4. Nosies (2 or 3)
  5. Goggles
  6. Towels
  7. Warm-ups
  8. Team t-shirt/pants for awards
  9. Routine tape
  10. Boombox to landrill
  11. Black Figure Suit
  12. Note/Trinket for Synchro Sister
  13. Personal Health and Beauty Aids


REMINDER TO RED/BLUE TEAMS: Joanne expects team routine warmups to be in WMS Team suit/Team cap. This will be the same for Zones, Regionals, etc. Please make sure you have located your WMS team suit/WMS Team cap. Let me know if you need to purchase another team suit or cap.

Optional: Sleeping Bag and Pillow, homework.

Healthy Snack Ideas (concessions usually for sale at meets): cheese, fruit, bagels, peanut butter, granola bars, veggies, popcorn, sandwiches (heavy on the protein), trailmix, fruit juice.
